Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving
What a wonderful time
We get a four day weekend
Which is a bit sublime.

Thanksgiving
Not a time to be murky
Sit down with family
And eat lots of turkey

Thanksgiving
A wonderful day
To watch parades and football games
And relax the day away

Thanksgiving
A day full of feasts
And with so much food
You’ll gain two pounds at least

Thanksgiving
Always fun
Even when
The dinner is done

Thanksgiving
A day so great
It is followed by Black Friday
So don’t wake up late

Thanksgiving
A day for the rich and the poor
A day based on one question
What are you thankful for?

Feel free to leave comments about what you are thankful for!
